**Definition from Jules

It all started on February 22, 2020. Weeks before COVID shook the world, something shifted in Jules. On that day, she decided to make some changes that her future self would thank her for. Those changes have led to a journey of self-discovery and self-love. One thing has been consistent on this journey: "If you don't make my body feel good, I don't want you in my space." From clothes, to dishtowels, to food, to relationships, Jules is clearing her life of everything that doesn't make her feel alive and safe. Read more about her journey here

Jettison Jules was created by a mom, for moms. She wanted to create a community for local families where she could let go of things that have been a part of her life and have shaped who she is, and knew they would continue their journey with other families who would take care of them as her family did. It would warm her heart to know her once-favorite pair of jeans are now getting worn by someone in her community, or her son's first ski outfit is out shredding the hill with another little boy, or her daughter's once favorite pair of pajamas are snuggled up with a neighbor. Clearly, Jules is as sentimental and emotional as they come. Who else cares about a pair of pajamas feelings? After you read each item for sale's story, you might care about their feelings, too. :-)
