I am in a tough season. I am coming off an extremely challenging year, and I am feeling it. I know everything will be okay. I know I have the tools to pull out of this, but for now, shit's hard. These daily affirmations are all part of the process, and I know that I can't just post words and expect things to change. I have to believe fully. So, today, I will repeat, I AM WORTHY, I AM WORTHY to remind myself...I AM WORTHY.
I am worthy of all the things, and so are you!
WE are worthy of: love, success, happiness, joy, _______________ (fill in the blanks).
In addition to repeating this mantra today, I will write down my accomplishments, write 10 things I am grateful for, and replace my negative thoughts with positive ones. Negative thoughts are bound to creep in, especially when we are feeling low, and instead of beating ourselves up for having these thoughts, we can acknowledge them, and actively try to change them. Example: I made a mistake (whatever it was). Instead of focusing on the mistake, because we can't change it now, focus on learning from the mistake and vow to do better next time. Mistakes are how we learn!
And remember, if you, too, are in a tough spot, it's temporary! YOU ARE WORTHY!
