S is in gymnastics and is loving it. She will be competing soon, which is something she is very excited about. She asked me what my favorite event was when I was in gymnastics, and I told her floor and beam. Bars are her favorite. I told her I was not too fond of bars because I could never master a kip. She then told me she had a dream last night she did a kip. We often talk about the magic of manifestation, and I reminded her that if she could dream it and picture herself doing it, she could do it. I believe this to be true of anything. And so today's affirmation in our Daily Love series is, "IF YOU CAN DREAM IT, YOU CAN DO IT."
